We're Off To Yellowstone

We left for Yellowstone on Thursday the 17th. Everything is going good. The weather has been great except for a lot of wind in Okla and the Panhandle of Texas. It was blowing about 50 miles an hour.

The second night we stayed in Memphis with Nancy’s brother and sister-in-law. We're we ever spoiled. Bill cook us a great supper and than help us with our computers and my I-Pad.

Left Memphis about 11am and headed down the road. We went thru Ark/Okla/Panhandle of Texas/NM. Stopping only for food/gas/and a place to lay our heads at night. We made really good time.

Now for some fun. We went to Santa Fe NM. Great town. We took a tour of the city and hill sides. Had a great lunch at The Shed. Super salad. Saw beautiful churches. Check out the Indian jewelry on the square. The time was much to short, but we had to get on the road again. The next morning when we got ready to pack the car we found out it had snowed. Our first snow of the trip. Next stop Page Az.
