Off to Lamar Valley Again

We got up at 6 and headed out to Lamar Valley to see if we could see the wolves again. It was 17 degrees out so we had on lots of clothes and brought lots of hot coffee and cocoa.

There wasn’t as many animals around as yesterday. We did get to see two packs of wolves at kills, but not close enough for pictures. We drove on to Silver Gate and Cooke City just out side the northeast gate. They still have so much snow. I don’t think spring will ever come to them.

On the way home we saw 3 male long horn sheep. Of course lots of buffalo.

Back to work tomorrow. We work 2 day and are off for 2 more. You can’t beat that.
